They do on my PC.

Click on Ctrl Down, press the escape key, then click on Ctrl Up.
Amazing, ain't it?

Can anyone tell me what are the Ctrl Down, Ctrl up, Atl Down and Atl up
for? I can seem to make them do anything on NT PCs. Thanks!

If you click on the VNC Icon in the upper-left corner of the viewer
window/title bar, it shows a menu that includes an entry for sending the
Crtl-Alt-Del keystroke.
